Non-Emergent Auto and occupational Injuries, Minor Burns, Minor Cuts (skin adhesive), and Removal of Sutures/Staples and Splinters
Physicals
Annual, Camp, Employment, School, Sports, and DOT (prescreening required)
Diagnostic Testing
COVID 19 PCR and Rapid Antigen Testing, Alcohol level and Drug Screening, Influenza, Mono, Pregnancy, RSV, Strep, STD (chlamydia, Gonorrhea, HIV, herpes, and syphilis), Routine labs, TB, and Urinalysis
Medication Refill
Must have original bottle; refill for up to 30 days only. We do not refill or prescribe narcotics or controlled substances.

Stacey L. Simmons, Nurse Practitioner
Stacey is a AANP Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing degree, credentialed to practice in the states of AZ, GA, IA, VA, and WA . Stacey is a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional with a passion for patient well-being. With over 20 years in the healthcare field, Stacey brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality care. Stacey’s aim is to engage and empower individuals and communities to choose healthy behaviors and adhere to a healthy lifestyles leading to disease prevention and health promotion. As a Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Stacey has experience working with a local University as a nursing clinical instructor. Stacey enjoys teaching and serving as a educator and role model for Nursing and Nurse Practitioner students. Stacey’s focus is to have a positive impact on individuals and communities through patient advocacy and exceptional service delivery.
