I stumbled across Primary Health & Wellness online while searching for a same day appt. The office was clean and the staff was very professional. Np Stacey was amazing! She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. You can tell she has a passion for what she does. I highly recommend her and her office!

I would like to Thank NP Stacey for giving me so much education on semaglutide and how to properly take it along with a diet plan! Thanks to her and semaglutide I am now down 20 pounds that I have been struggling to lose for over a year and I did that in just 2 short months! I started semaglutide / Ozempic Feb 13 I had my physical and weighed in today is 9 days I’ve lost close to 10pds I’m never hungry I put somthing in my stomach daily tho, I haven’t experienced any side affects I sleep good at night and I’m very satisfied with the medication so far I only have a month supply so one shot per wk for 4 wks I don’t wanna get skinny I wanted to slim down so we’ll see where I am weighing in by my last dose …

Great place! I went in for a physical and was seen right away. The staff was friendly and informative . They gave me information on B12 injections and I decided to get the medicine right then and there and just a day later I definitely feel it in my system. I found my new primary care provider.

Professional clean environment speedy service easy check in, in and out no long wait

I visited PHW and was greeted at the door with a very professional and friendly face. It wasn’t long before all my concerns were addressed in the same manner. There wasn’t a long wait and I was impressed with how efficient my visit was. I took the day of off work but I could have completed the visit on my lunch break. Highly recommend if you like fast and quality service!!
