Family Nurse Practitioner/Owner
Stacey is a AANP Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing degree, credentialed to practice in the states of AZ, GA, IA, VA, and WA . Stacey is a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional with a passion for patient well-being. With over 20 years in the healthcare field, Stacey brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality care. Stacey’s aim is to engage and empower individuals and communities to choose healthy behaviors and adhere to a healthy lifestyles leading to disease prevention and health promotion. As a Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Stacey has experience working with a local University as a nursing clinical instructor. Stacey enjoys teaching and serving as an educator and role model for nursing and nurse practitioner students. Stacey’s focus is to have a positive impact on individuals and communities through patient advocacy and exceptional service delivery.
Cydni Martin, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Cydni is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA). She was born and raised in Kennesaw, Georgia. Cydni earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Georgia Southern University in 2014 and later went on to attend Morehouse School of Medicine where she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates/Assistants (AAPA) and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
As a PA, Cydni is passionate about honing in on lifestyle medicine to prevent and manage chronic diseases. She works with her patients to set realistic goals while also providing evidence-based care. She has special interest in preventative medicine, weight loss management, & mental health.
In her free time, Cydni enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and trying new local restaurants. She also loves to spend time with family, friends & her Boston Terrier, Nelly.
