My healthcare provider , Stacey is truly exceptional.

She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Their expertise and genuine care were evident, and I left feeling informed and reassured about my health.

The clinic also prioritizes patient education, which I greatly appreciate. The follow-up procedures were seamless, and I felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend Primary Health and Wellness to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable healthcare. I’m grateful to have found such a fantastic primary health clinic!

I had the privilege of completing my clinical rotation at Primary Health and Wellness Clinic under the guidance of Mrs. Stacey, an outstanding Family Nurse Practitioner. My experience was impactful, offering a comprehensive, patient centered environment with exposure to a diverse patient population and a wide range of conditions, from pediatric to geriatric care. Mrs. Stacey’s mentorship was exceptional; she provided both the autonomy to manage patient care and the guidance to help me critically analyze cases, develop treatment plans, and make evidence-based decisions. Her focus on patient education, preventive care, and telehealth integration greatly enhanced my learning. The clinic’s emphasis on providing compassionate, patient- centered care helped me grow into a more confident, skilled, and FNP student.

I had the privilege of having Stacey NP as a preceptor for my adult primary care clinical for FNP school. Stacey was knowledgeable, patient, and always provided clear, constructive feedback that helped me build both my clinical skills and confidence. She fostered an environment of learning while encouraging independence, allowing me to make clinical decisions with support when needed. Her ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical way was especially helpful. I would highly recommend her as a preceptor!

I want to say how thankful I am to have had my first clinical rotation at Primary Health & Wellness with Stacey Simmons, FNP as my preceptor. She is welcoming, patient, extremely knowledgeable in this profession, and eager to share with all of her students. I remember being so nervous my first day and telling her. I can hear her saying “whhhhhyyyyy are you nervous”….LOL. I was no longer nervous after that day. She has a way of explaining things to where you’ll never forget it and if you see it again you’ll hear her saying it in your head. Day the Medical Assistant is absolutely amazing as well at literally EVERYTHING! The two of them are a dynamic duo for sure! If you are a student ever is in need of a preceptor that actually teaches and prepares you in a warm welcoming environment reach out to Stacey.

As a nurse practitioner student, I have the privilege of working with Stacey, a highly skilled and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. Her extensive nursing experience shines through in the quality of care she provides. She is an excellent teacher who genuinely cares about my academic growth, and I’ve had the chance to gain valuable, diverse experiences under her guidance. Both she and her team create a warm and supportive environment. Stacey consistently goes above and beyond to address patients’ medical and social needs, demonstrating exceptional dedication to her role. I am fortunate to be working with her.
