I saw Nurse Practioner Stacey Simmons. First as I walked in I was greeted by two professional young ladies. Their demeanor gave instant comfort allowing me to feel I was at the right place for my care.

Nurse Practioner Sommons was very caring ,she listened to all my concerns in timely manner and ensure that all my questions were address.She even extended help to me by sharing added information that would benefit my total health care It was a top notch visit . I recommend this facility and medical team without preservation.

The staff here is very nice and friendly, everyone seems to care about my needs. As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable, the 2 assistant came into the room and asked me questions and was very polite and sweet, the doctor was very polite and answered all my questions and concerns.

I was seen by Family Nurse Practioner Stacey Simmons.She was incredibly thorough.She listened attentively to all my concerns and addressed them accordingly.Ms.Simmons ensured that all my questions were answered and even extended help by sharing useful information that would benefit my extended care .The environment is extremely clean and the entire staff was welcoming,and very efficient.Overall I had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this service without reservation.

Thank you to the whole staff for the amount of attention, care and professionalism they gave me. I was looking for clinic that takes patients with no insurance at an affordable rate and I ran into PHW and it didn’t disappoint. They were able to get me in fast, they listened to everyone of my concerns and provided me with helpful lifestyles tips. My results came back within the time frame they said and honestly I could have not found a better clinic to do my physical exam. Highly recommend !

I stumbled across Primary Health & Wellness online while searching for a same day appt. The office was clean and the staff was very professional. Np Stacey was amazing! She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. You can tell she has a passion for what she does. I highly recommend her and her office!

I would like to Thank NP Stacey for giving me so much education on semaglutide and how to properly take it along with a diet plan!
